I want to Thank this location and Timothy in particular for the assistance today. He was extremely thorough and knew exactly how to meet my sleeping needs. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. After visiting a different furniture place in town, I was a little let down on the price for what you get. Timothy knew my budget and got me into my first mattress and adjustable bed frame purchase! Thanks again!! Highly recommend the Groton location!
View on GoogleI had such a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Anastasia. She was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to help us find the right mattress and base without making us feel pressured at all. She explained everything clearly and even helped us get an amazing deal—the base ended up being way more affordable than we expected. Also shoutout to Ian, who was really friendly and helpful during our visit too. Overall, Anastasia made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend asking for her!
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm, and I have to give a huge thank you to Anastasia. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress and base—not just making a sale. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. What really stood out was how she helped us find an incredible deal—the base ended up being even more affordable than we expected, which made the whole purchase feel like a win. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I also want to mention Ian, who was very helpful and supportive during our visit as well. He added to the positive experience and made the environment even more welcoming. Overall, Anastasia truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
View on GoogleSurgei (Surge) was incredibly helpful in helping us pick out a new mattress quickly! We were due for a new mattress after 10 years, walked in with little knowledge on how to pick what we wanted, and were walked through some different mattresses to try. Surge helped us decide what were looking for and while we loved the $4k mattress, because we have a dog and young kids, did not push us towards it, but suggested the other mattress we really liked, and even found one in the outlet for a discounted price. Overall great experience and would recommend. As a bonus, our son had a great time running around and trying the beds (we were the only ones in the store when we stopped by!)
