Casper - The Square

Carol at Casper was amazing! We’ve been on the hunt for the right bed for a while, and she made the entire process feel so easy. She walked us through all of our options, answered every single question we had (and we had a lot lol), and really took the time to help us find the best fit. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff. Such a great experience from start to finish!

Amazing experience at Casper in West Palm Beach! Carol was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect mattress at a great price. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her knowledge and honesty made all the difference. Highly recommend asking for Carol if you’re shopping here — she’s the best!

I have loved the Casper Mattress, pillows, bedding and more for over 4 years. Carol at The City Place West Palm Beach, Florida location is exceptional! Approximately 3 years ago my husband purchased a weighted blanket for me (a must have item for everyone). The blanket definitely needed replacing not due to a lack of quality; but instead due to my harsh use of the product in all areas of the house...lounging and sleeping. It was time for a replacement. Carol was professional, polite, patient, friendly, and most importantly extremely helpful in determining what weighted blankets were in stock and the discounted price. Since we love all of the Casper products; we also ended up purchasing a new duvet cover which was on sale. Hopefully we will be returning in the near future and look forward to Carol being of assistance to us once again!

Highly recommend Casper for their amazing mattresses and excellent customer service. Carol helped us pick our dream mattress. She was helpful, attentive, and not pushy. Made the whole experience pleasant and clear.

Carol was awesome and made the process so easy for us. She was knowledgeable but not pushy or too sales-y. We tried out a few mattresses and left with one within 20 minutes. Extremely efficient considering I will spend the rest of my life sleeping on this mattress!
