Mattress Firm Southlake Corners

We bought a mattress at this store in 2023. Unfortunately, after only three years of use, it needed to be replaced. It had a 10 year warranty so we called the store to inquire about the claim process. I was very pleasantly surprised with their response. They honored the warranty, the claim was filed and we selected a new mattress from the same store. Excellent service throughout. Would recommend Mattress Firm and this store in particular.

My experience with mattress firm in Southlake was great. Sean was able to handle all my concerns and he helped me decide on a wonderful mattress. Delivery guys were great and kept me in the loop about arrive time. Outstanding customer service, I will definitely shop here again when I’am in need of a new mattress set.

⸻ I had a really frustrating experience with Mattress Firm overall, even though the salesperson I worked with in-store was excellent. I originally ordered a mattress online with next-day delivery promised. Unfortunately, it never showed up. There was no tracking information, no updates, and no way to contact customer service to figure out what was going on. That level of communication is honestly unacceptable. I ended up going into the Southlake location to get help. While the employee there wasn’t able to fix the situation directly due to company limitations, he was incredibly kind and professional. He helped cancel my order and took the time to assist us in reordering the mattress through the store, which I appreciated—especially since it allowed him to earn the commission he deserved. That said, Mattress Firm as a company needs to seriously rethink how they handle customer service. Pushing these kinds of issues onto in-store employees—who work on commission and have no control over online orders—is unfair and puts them in a tough position with frustrated customers. Because of the lack of communication and support, I would not choose to order from Mattress Firm again. However, the salesperson we worked with in-store was truly a rockstar and made the best out of a bad situation.

Clay Garrett did an excellent job of helping us choose our new mattress and adjustable platform. At Mattress Firm there is an excellent selection, and Clay was very entuned to the back issue my husband is facing. He helped us make a good choice and we are happy with it. He also saved us the tax money by coaching us on getting the mattress referral in writing from our doctor. He also saved us 3% by executing the rebate and using the company financing. Thank you, Clay!

We are previous customers. Purchased current bed about 11 years ago. They were able to pull up our purchase from then. Andre helped us find a new mattress. Showed us options. Let us try them out on our own until we decided. New mattress will be delivered next week!
