We are very happy with our recent purchases, Michael was wonderful to work with. Very patient, knowledgeable, genuinely nice and caring. He listened to us and then showed us different options at varying price points before we decided which mattress, adjustable base, and pillows were right for us. He and the delivery team were so nice and respectful, they truly went above and beyond to deliver our mattress [sooner than anticipated], assemble, and haul away our old mattress and boxspring. I'm so grateful we walked in 'just to look' and had the chance to work with Mike, who made the process quick and easy! We love our dual adjustable base, Prana Karma mattress and pillows, and the mattress pad/protector. Sleeping SO MUCH BETTER now! The adjustbale base was a gamechanger, too.

The place was clean and neat, the customer service was outstanding. The Mr. Ludwig was so knowledgeable. My wide and I went in there looking to try a mattress we were researching and he took us on a tour of many mattresses to find exactly what we needed to our exact specifications. Was really impressed on his knowledge and professionalism. Made the whole experience easy and fun. HIGHLY recommend this city mattress and asking for Michael Ludwig for assistance.

Mike made this experience amazing. This is the 3rd bed we have purchased from Mike. He is patient, calm, and understands that buying a bed is so personal and gives you the space and time to explore and make the best decision. He is why we come back every time.
The store is clean and beautiful. Delivery is prompt.

Title: Disappointing Decline in Service
As a repeat customer, I previously enjoyed an outstanding experience at this store, thanks to the exemplary service from Bo and John. However, my recent visit on Sunday was a complete letdown. Despite greeting the sales staff multiple times with a friendly "hello," I was met with silence as they chose to ignore me and chat among themselves.
Feeling unwelcome, I decided to address their lack of manners, but my feedback seemed to go unnoticed. Frustrated, I left and found my way to another mattress store where I was treated with respect and warmth.
This experience serves as a reminder that poor customer service can drive loyal customers away. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it's vital for maintaining business. Until there’s improvement, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Victoria was awesome and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. There was no pressure sales tactics used. We were there maybe 30 minuets from start to finish and walked out buying two mattresses, which were delivered a week later. The experience was very pleasant.
BTW, we're thrilled with the mattresses. Thank you Victoria (and City Mattress).
