Relax The Back

CAVEAT EMPTOR: I have been a repeat customer of this store for more than ten years, buying multiple high end massage chairs from them (4 in total) plus some other products. Most recently I bought an expensive leather desk chair from them. They are very good at explaining the product and taking your order, but the follow up and communication afterwards is non-existent. I really don't understand why as they never seem very busy. I expected the chair to be delivered for my birthday and instead when I called to follow up, I discovered that the shipment was delayed. Mitch, the manager, said he would follow up to ensure I got it in time. My birthday came and went with no communication from Mitch. Eventually he called and asked me to pick the chair up. He had promised delivery when I bought the chair -- stupidly I paid in full -- but had forgotten this so when I reminded him, he said he'd do his best to deliver the chair "in the next few days." Needless to say, by now I was pissed. I had to follow up again, leaving a message that I was ready to do a chargeback if he didn't deliver the chair. That finally got the chair delivered. I personally would never shop at this store again.

Dina Rogers at Relax the Back is an exceptional Spinal Health Product Consultant who truly prioritizes her customers’ well-being, as evidenced by the extensive time she spent with us. Dina meticulously explained the many benefits of the store's impressive range of chairs and mattresses, ensuring we understood how each product could improve our health and wellbeing and which one would be best for us. Dina’s wealth of experience and expertise was both impressive and invaluable, making our shopping experience both educational and extremely satisfying. The Supernova was an easy decision and we left the store confident in our purchase, thanks to Dina's outstanding guidance. I highly recommend!

Mitch went above and beyond for us. We needed a recliner in a quick time crunch for an unexpected surgery recovery. Not only did he help us select the perfect chair (his knowledge is endless), he made countless calls on a Friday night to ensure we had the chair in our living room on Monday. Thank you to Mitch and Relax the Back for exceptional service and a wonderful product.

The gentleman that sold us the recliners & new bed was very professional & knowledgeable about the products, his name is Mitch Cohen from the Palm Beach Gardens store, we appreciated his expertise. The Wrights
