City Mattress

My husband and I were in search of a new mattress. After listening to our needs, JP directed us towards a couple of brands of mattresses to try out. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products which helped us make a sound decision. He spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and we never once felt rushed or pressured to buy. Overall experience at City Mattress and Joshua Pettit (JP) was a 10. Looking forward to a great night’s sleep!

The store manager Matthew was very respectful, informative and not pushy in getting us to buy anything. While we went in originally to price check and look around, he worked with us and our budget in order to help us meet our needs for quality products with a reasonable price. Such effort in information mixed with allowing us to do our own thing presented an opportunity we did not expect and we ended up purchasing a mattress and bed frame for a better price than we had gotten anywhere else. Thank you Matthew! City mattress was recommended to us by a family member, and we would absolutely recommend it to others, especially if you get the chance to work with Matthew to help make the best decision for you and your needs!

JP was fantastic to work with in helping us find a mattress that meets our needs for comfort, size, affordability, and scheduled delivery. We only intended to browse, but JP instilled enough confidence in us to make our purchase ahead of time and everything went smoothly! Comfort is worth the investment, and City Mattress provided an awesome experience that will make us definitely return or recommend others to purchase from.

JP is the best!! He responds to emails promptly and has helped us with purchasing both our mattress and adjustable base. He is so knowledgeable and is straight up with you. Not only is he super kind, but he has an answer for every question. At this point he’s basically part of the family!! Thank you for everything JP!!! 🤩😴

I love City Mattress! JP was fantastic through the entire mattress-purchasing process. He is knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend going to JP for all of your mattress needs. Thank you so much!
