CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible if you have any issues with the piece. My first Repair call was in January.Mine had been taken back into the shop twice to be repaired in both times came back without the repair being done. The second time it came back it was actually worse than when it left. Neither side of the couch would recline when it was returned. Now I’ve been waiting close to four months for new mechanisms. I’ve asked for the piece to be swapped out, and I was told that is not their process they have to fix it. And then you get an automated response with a number for Customer Experience. That actually isn’t a department! My call went right back to the service department. Literal waste of time!

I had a great experience working with Ryan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand what I was looking for without being pushy. He answered all of my questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made the furniture-buying process easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service and attention to detail made me feel confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality furniture and a positive shopping experience.

Yeah yeah they're the "Kohl's" of appliance/ furniture places. I have bought a sectional, a washer, a dryer, a fridge from here. I have a bookshelf from here. Honestly? They kind of do it exactly like everyone else but just, cheaper. Its not like they make anything but money - so if they make less than everyone else why wouldn't you just go here instead? I am a customer for life at this point, even if needing to go here kinda sucks on its face. Photo: the pets love the sectional.

Not only did they correct the order quickly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the final result. My wife and I went in looking for a new sofa and recliner. Our sales rep Jon R was a huge help. He walked us through all the different options. My wife is pregnant and he narrowed down things until we found the perfect pieces for her needs and matched our homes color scheme.
