Penny Mustard offered the best customer service we have ever had from a company. They were committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied and kept us well informed of the status of our furniture order. We highly recommend this company. We also loved they have numerous showrooms with displaying different products. This company is loyal to their customers-regardless of the customer's price point.
View on GoogleThe clearance center has beautiful, solid-wood furniture. Most of their inventory consists of bedroom sets, but there are steals to be had on other types of furniture as well. Everything is sold "as is" and much of their stock comes from old showroom pieces or furniture with minor imperfections. We recently purchased a maple desk from the clearance center. It has a few minor nicks, but was sold at 40% off retail value making the price tag (just over $1000) much more reasonable than what you would get from a Penny Mustard showroom. The salespeople were very helpful without being pushy. I was pleasantly surprised, when I asked if we could purchase new hardware for the desk, that they offered to change out the hardware for free. We paid $100 to have the furniture delivered. This was well worth the cost, as solid-wood furniture is HEAVY. The delivery men arrived early and put down blankets to protect our floors before moving the desk in. I was very happy with my experience at the clearance center. I definitely recommend the Penny Mustard clearance center to any other bargain hunters out there!

Delivery was an option, but I saved money and time and just picked it up. Great experience and fantastic purchase along with 38 months free financing, very happy with this comfortable recliner
View on GoogleWe bought a couch, love seat, ottoman and a recliner. Very expensive. The recliners fabric was made just like the display. The fabric wore out so fast. Discolored also. Now we have a (well built) ugly chair that's been down in my basement for quite awhile. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again.
