HassleLess Mattress

I mean, for me, this is a great way to shop for a new mattress. No pressure! My wife and I are replacing our old bed with a new one. Already have the oak set, but we needed a mattress. Prices here range from $400 to $5,000 or more- depending on what you're after. With an empty showroom, we were able to find a firmness we prefer. A "4" firmness level was best for us. Lay on the bed, try out the height adjustments, etc - it's like taking a test drive. There are plenty of option. You can order online, have your new mattress delivered. Prices seem very reasonable. I recommend giving it a try. It was #hassleless

It's true that not having sales people hovering over you is nice. I think my wife and I tried out every bed in the store until we found the perfect one for us. We left the store and went to Bob's just to compare pricing. They were much higher at Bob's. This was on a Sunday. On Monday I went back to Hasselless to double check some dimensions, then stud rt in the showroom and ordered the mattress and power left base, 2 pillows and a10 year warranty for the power base, a universal headboard bracket all for less than $1800.00 The only reason for 4 stars is the delivery guys wouldn't attach my headboard for me. I just had hand surgery 10 days before they came and they still wouldn't put in the 4 bolts. Shame on you guys. Other than that, the experience was awesome.

We had a great experience at HassleLess Mattress. The store was very clean. There were numerous styles of mattresses to choose from and you could check them out at your own pace without being bothered. Then once we found the one we wanted it took a couple of minutes to purchase and it was delivered the next day. I did have a question after the delivery. When I called, someone answered the phone from the USA without going through all kinds of prompts and she took care of me right away with awesome customer service. We would definitely refer this company.

Really liked the NO employee show room. Got to go around and try all the mattresses at our leisure without being followed around. The ordering was simple and easy to follow.

I ordered on line and their descriptions were right on the mark. They delivered and set up everything in 24 hrs at a time the I got to choose. The delivery staff was respectful of my house even insisted on removing their shoes because it was a muddy day.
