My salesman, Nick, was great. No pressure, able to see exactly what I wanted at a comparable price. Steinhafels has a great reputation and from my past experiences they were very honest helpful and able to what they promised. Have not had delivery yet but I don’t expect any issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch that was said to deliver Dec25th it did not come they did not follow up on the order or communicate what was going on with it either. I had to constantly go up to the store for communication because they did not call or return my calls after purchasing. My couch didn’t come until a month later. And when the delivery people came the through peoples belonging on the ground to bring me up the wrong couch to my house. When I noticed I quickly let them know for them to then bring me my couch up and ask me “ is this your furniture”? Like aren’t you supposed to know who you’re delivering to ? WTH. Unprofessional and will not give this location another dollar

We had an amazing experience working with Jennifer at Steinhafels. From the very first time we came in two weeks ago, she took the time to walk us through everything, answer all our questions, and truly help us find the best options for what we needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Because of her, we felt confident coming back to make our purchase.
When we returned, Nick greeted us and helped us briefly for a few minutes before we had to step out momentarily. When we came back, Jennifer was there again and continued helping us, just like before, making sure everything was taken care of and that we were getting exactly what we needed.
While checking out, we happened to overhear that the commission would be split. We want to be clear that we’re not trying to get anyone in trouble—we just feel that Jennifer was the one who truly dedicated her time and effort to helping us throughout the entire process, across both visits.
Jennifer made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate everything she did for us and would highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I recently visited two Steinhafels locations while shopping for a new bed and mattress, and the experiences couldn’t have been more different.
At the Greenfield store, the service was disappointing. When we walked in, there were multiple employees at the front, but no one greeted us or offered assistance. We browsed on our own and even on the way out, there was still no acknowledgment. It left a poor impression and made us feel overlooked.
We then visited the Oak Creek location, and the experience completely turned around. We were greeted right away by Nick, who immediately asked what we were looking for and guided us to the right section. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our preferences and helped us find exactly what we needed. His approach was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
Thanks to Nick, we ended up making a purchase and left feeling confident and satisfied. Great customer service makes all the difference!
