Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

My rating has nothing to do with the service or store its itself but rather company policy. They do not negotiate on the prices at all for the beds / bases compared to Mattress Firm which is owned by the same parent company that will. I did learn though that that if you bring them a competitors quote they will match it. The store itself is very clean and well kept. They also have all different products / firmnesses for each to try. The store is also a test store for prototypes so they currently have the comfort pillow that is not available anywhere else. If I could Shawn a five star rating on his own I would because he does an amazing job. Also just worth noting when you buy a Tenpur-Pedic Mattress and register it you get a BOGO sheet/pillow offer. That being said when the Mattress is delivered make sure to get the serial number on the tag because on some of them they will be beneath the mattress.

Craig Nettles and David Cockran 10/10 service will shower again you should too! They were very informative on each product. I felt calm and not rushed at all. If you need a mattress or pillow don’t waste your time anywhere else!

Phenomenal service! I went into the Lakeside mall store to see about a cooling pillow. Chris, Jacob, and David were very helpful in getting me the best pillow for my sleeping habits! I was able to test a few different types, after we figured out which mattress to lay on, that was closest to my bed at home. I was so impressed by their service, I bought two! They offered to hold my pillows at the store, while I continued shopping at the mall. They even told me to call them when I was done, so that I could drive around from the other side of the mall and they came and brought my pillows to the car! Best service I have ever had! Please give them a raise!

Lovely staff Craig. He guided us through the best mattresses in the store and was very helpful and informative throughout the whole experience. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

4/17/26 I was very pleased with the agent at assisted my wife and I. He was quite knowledgeable without being pushy. He gave us many options to consider and sleeping conditions to be aware of. The prices at the Lakeside store were much better than 3 of 4 outside retail stores visited. Listening to the sales pitches and psycho babble that certain other retail agents delivered solidified my opinion as being relatives of independent agents of used car dealerships. Trusting does NOT lead the list of adjectives
