My recent shopping experience at Eldorado was notably positive, largely due to the exceptional assistance provided by Shada. From the moment I entered the store, Shada's professional and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. I am highly satisfied with the quality of my purchases. However, I must express concerns regarding the leadership team's customer service approach. Their communication style appears confrontational, and they seem quick to assign blame, even when at fault. I am currently awaiting a return call from both the manager and supervisor to address these issues. Despite these concerns, I would certainly return to Eldorado for future purchases, primarily due to the outstanding service from my sales representative, though I would prefer to avoid direct interactions with the management team.

No one is pushy, which we enjoy since we don't care for people to hover over us while we shop. We were looking for very specific sofa seating for our new theater room and had been shopping around. We found the same sofa set we really loved here, that was at another furniture store. Same sofa set for a lot less. We will continue shopping here and highly recommend El Dorado.
