My experience here has been infrequent because I’ve only been here twice since I’ve lived in Naples for 15 years but each time I entered the store. I have always found something that I absolutely love my most recent purchase was five countertop stools that were perfect for my home decor my sales person Pedro Peralta was extraordinarily helpful in helping us find what we needed. Thank you so much, Pedro.

Not only did he help me, but he’s also assisted several members of my family, and every single time the experience has been smooth and stress-free. Brady is super knowledgeable, patient, and actually listens to what you’re looking for instead of just trying to sell you anything. He gave us great recommendations that fit our style and budget perfectly, and even helped us put together pieces we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. He went above and beyond by following up after our purchase to make sure everything arrived correctly and that we were happy. I’ve been a loyal customer of El Dorado Furniture for over seven years, spending tens of thousands of dollars on their furniture, which I believed to be high quality. I loved shopping here and even referred family members who furnished entire homes with El Dorado. However, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. My tempered glass dining table shattered unexpectedly overnight with no signs of misuse or damage, thankfully, no one was hurt, but it could have been dangerous. I visited the store, provided requested photos, and was told a warranty specialist would reach out. Days later, I received an email stating that, due to the one-year warranty, nothing could be done except to buy another table. This response is unacceptable for a loyal customer who has supported and promoted their business for years. Suggesting I purchase another table that might break again is dismissive and shows a lack of care for customer safety and satisfaction. Given the premium prices, I expected better quality and service. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Over price cheap product, store manager Alexander had the audacity of telling me I had anger issues for telling them how come you sell glass items but you don’t have a bubble wrapping plastic, make me waste my time going there to pick a mirror since the sales rep didn’t offer us a delivery option and the mirror was wrapped in just plastic…. We also got a chair and that one was wrapped the same way with no instructions to ensamble it. This place is a joke, First and last time.
