Sleep Number

The salespeople were very polite, but the computer system was very slow, the products I wanted weren't in stock, and it took a lot longer than I would have liked to order two sets of sheets. Days later, I still haven't received any notice that they've been shipped. So I assume my sheets are still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I miss the days when I could go into a Sleep Number store and get the sheets I wanted in any color that's offered, without standing there for 15-20 minutes while the salesperson ordered them.

Larry was very helpful and kind in helping my fiancee and I select a mattress. Would recommend him to anyone!

We were greeted quite cheerfully upon arriving at the store. The manager, Steve, stepped up and welcomed us. After inquiring about our needs, preferences, and wishes, he explained the potential options and showed and demonstrated the availabilities and their benefits. We NEVER felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Steve was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly and demonstrated the options and benefits of each one - from bases, mattresses, pillows, and bedding to sales, discounts, and delivery schedules. We had braced ourselves for pressured sales and rushed pitches prior to our visit, but never encountered any negative interactions during our time in the store. We cannot emphasize enough how pleasant our experience was and how very much we appreciate being graced with Steve being our sales person. He was pleasant, cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and was patient and very personable during our time shopping. We would definitely highly recommend Steve for anyone trying to make these important decisions and financial commitments.

Loved my experience at Mattress Today Austin. I needed a mattress immediately. Candy met with me within 90 mins., great selection of types and prices. She went above and beyond working with me for the needs, the price category and I had my mattress packed up and was on my way in less than an hour. Big box companies, Amazon ect can be convenient but supporting local small businesses is so rewarding! Highly recommend Mattress Today Austin. They also do same day delivery, great low price.
