Very great service. My sales person Iriam was very communicative and knowledgeable, I will definitely try and bring friends over to buy a new bed!

Sales lady was very informative but not pressing. She let me take my time and explained things easily. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of a new bed. I love mine & sleep much better now.

You will not regret shopping for a mattress at Factory Mattress. We had shopped at several places but found that Iriam was the most knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what we needed. He walked us through all the options with the best price points. It was honestly a refreshing experience. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

Iriam was tremendously helpful. He really helped us find a bed that balanced our budget with high quality. He took the time to educate us on every aspect of beds, pillows, etc. He has a contagious passion for his job and educating people. I recommend anyone shopping for a bed to stop by and connect with him.

Augie was phenomenal through our whole buying process! Very knowledgeable and encouraged us to take our time with our decision. Also really appreciated how up front he was with pricing. No unexpected price additions at the end of the sale. Up front and transparent from start to finish. So excited to sleep on our new perfect-for-us mattress and happy to know we got it from a great place that had our best interests in mind.
