Famous Tate Appliance & Bedding Centers

I had a great experience at this store when purchasing my dishwasher. The staff was helpful, and the buying process itself went smoothly. New Note: Famous Tate reached out to me and refunded the rebate and made things right. Explained that the program has been changed. Not many companies will go above and beyond to do that. Will definitely use them again. Old part of review: However, I strongly recommend not purchasing the BrandSource rebate program they offer as an add-on. It felt questionable at the time, and unfortunately my experience confirmed that. After owning the dishwasher for five months and following the process, my rebate claim was denied because they said it had expired. The program was presented as providing extra benefits, but in my case it ended up being a complete waste of money. Just a heads up to future buyers — the appliance purchase was great, but skip the BrandSource rebate.

My boyfriend and I needed a new washer and dryer badly! The ones that were at our house when we bought it last year were not doing well, Famous Tate had exactly what we wanted at the most reasonable price. Joseph was so kind in looking up if the models we were wanting were available and they went above and beyond to make sure we could get our washer and dryer two days after purchasing. Joseph was so kind and considerate and spent the time to get to know us while also providing us with excellent service. Our washer and dryer arrived today and the fact that it didn’t cost much to have them take away the old ones was a bonus! Installing the new ones was quick and they were thorough. If we need to replace another appliance, we know where we’ll be going!

Mark from Oldsmar (Roth) provided a great appliance purchasing experience from start to finish. We went to Oldsmar as we didn’t have the best customer experience at another location. Mark listened to our requests and sourced the best solutions for our kitchen remodel. We bought primarily Bosch appliances. Mark did make suggestions for alternative beverage center and ice maker that best fit our needs. Mark worked with us on the best delivery date to accommodate our build. He communicated throughout the process so that the appliances were available when we needed them for installation. Our dishwasher arrived damaged and Mark handled immediately. Most recently our builder has some challenges with the panel ready beverage center and again, Mark has offered assistance and referrals to technical support. Whenever I call, Mark returns my call within the day. He is very busy helping customers so I do appreciate his continued customer support. I would recommend Famous Tate Oldsmar and Mark to anyone purchasing appliances.
