I recently purchased a Beauty Rest Hybrid Queen size mattress set on a Close out sale. Michael Casarez , sales associate , was friendly , knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service . He was very helpful in explaining the paperwork and scheduling the delivery. My delivery today was very smooth. The drivers kept me posted on their ETA on text messages. Upon arrival, the guys were very respectful of my property and very efficient in the set up. They introduced themselves and removed all the plastic wrap that kept the mattress clean . I definitely visit this location again in future when it’s time for new appliances. Great team work!

Famous Tate has helped us with our appliances for 10 years, always great prices, and super friendly and helpful service. They really started to shine for us when we took a soft flood hit with Hurricane Idalia (2023) flooding, and lost our washer….they took such good care of us. We bought the same washer again, since we loved it so much. They TOTALLY shined for us when we all got blasted with Hurricane Helene, and we got 4 feet of water in our house. We headed straight to them to help us yet again, but the store was closed, as they got flooded too. A couple weeks later we saw cars in their lot, so we dropped by, the store was almost completely empty as they had lost almost everything in the store. We sat down with Michael, who was not new to the industry, but new to Famous Tate. The staff was working with folding tables and chairs to best help us, and our flood damaged community. It really says a lot about a company to get back up and running so quickly to help their customers. We bought the same washer for the 3rd time! They were kind enough to delay delivery until we were ready to bring it home. When we went back to Famous Tate many months later to order all the other appliances we needed in our recovery efforts, Michael greeted me by name. I was shocked, I asked how did you remember me? He smiled, and said “You were my first customer”. We can’t say enough about our very positive experiences with Famous Tate over the years, and the staff at Famous Tate in Port Richey. Bought new washing machine 3 months ago - paid cash with repair guarantee included. 3 weeks ago machine broke down completely. Called in to get help, was told to wait for two weeks for a repair visit. Second call - company said never received call!? Told to wait another two weeks. Called today -9 July 2026 - was told to wait because “they” could not assist because “they” were unable to directly obtain a person to evaluate the problem. I gave them another week - then I will deliver the washing machine back to them. Offered them an option refund the $600+ now. “they” refused with many more excuses. Not So “Famous Tate” in Port Richey 🤔

My family and I needed a new dishwasher and stove for our new house, the store manager, Kim, and sales associate, Mike, were very helpful and professional. They triple checked prices to ensure I got the best price. They were also very gracious as we had our 3 young boys with us, gave the kids stuffed animals to keep them entertained. Very family friendly and helpful! Thanks for a great experience and having a great culture at your store.

I highly recommend the Famous Tate Port Richey location . We met with Ed who helped us select the right appliances for our flooded Hurricane Helene home. Ed was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He made several calls to other locations to find a discontinued refrigerator model that we wanted to purchase. He also kept in constant communication with us after the sale as we were not ready to take delivery for several months after purchase. He facilitated a delivery day change we needed to make. He is extremely personable and is dedicated to providing an excellent sales experience.
