Sales agents are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating UNTIL the sale is final. I bought a new washer & dryer and bought a 5 year warranty. My newly painted walls were gouged during delivery. I reported it same day and my sales guy said he’d contact the delivery company. Never heard back from either company. The dryer stopped working after 4 months. Famous Tate told me they are “strictly sales” and to contact the manufacturer. Prior to sending out a repair person, they mailed ME a replacement start button with tools to repair it myself. RIGHT?! I switched out the start button. Still not working. I’ll call again Monday morning. BUYER BEWARE!

One of the 1st items needed after buying a new home for me was washer/dryer. A specific brand was recommended & after researching, found they were sold af Famous Tate. I went to the Armenia store, found the dryer I wanted & was told my the sales rep, Mark, that a washer in white was in route to their store - even showed the ledger with the machine in route & was told if I paid for both washer/dryer, that my name would be put on the washer & when it arrived at the store on Wednesday the following week, both the washer/dryer would be delivered. Only the dryer was delivered & no one called me. When I finally called the store a week later, was told that I was on a ‘waiting list’ as if it was always described to me this way. It will be almost a month & I’ve been in nconvienced to drive all over & rely on other sources to do my laundry, after being out the full cost of the washer & dryer. And when the dryer was delivered - it didn’t work. It was left at my house with a note to call an electrician. $300 later, after testing my outlets & breaker, the electrician discovered it was wiring in the dryer that caused the breaker to flip. He fixed it & now the dryer turns on. Still no idea on the washer. Clearly, my was taken, but when the washer arrived, it was sold to someone else. Terrible & no consideration for the customer.

Best prices in town! Sales team very helpful and knowledgeable on product. Purchased a washer dryer stack set and the delivery was quick and professional. Would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a new appliance. Also was able to save $400+ dollars on my purchase due to their unbeatable prices

Nice selection of appliance with many to look at in their showroom. They also have a large "scratch-and-dent" room. Prices are competive with good terms on delivery and installation. Paul has been helping us there for many years. I would recommend having a look here for appliances (they also have mattresses).

Very helpful and honest to all I spoke with especially Kelly. Purchased a new Maytag 4.2 cubits ft. White MTW4205SW model washing machine. They answered my questions, fair pricing or better than big box stores. A great selection of products. Check their same brand, model of items against others before you buy from Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe's, etc. Thanks Kelly!!!!
