Farmers Home Furniture

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat and there were a couple of problems. Eva and the crew reacted immediately, replaced our set in days, and ensured we were happy with every aspect of the deal. Jackie on the sales floor was awesome & everyone from start to finish has been great. We really enjoyed the experience.

We have purchased furniture from Farmers here in Dayton for years and have always been satisfied. Never any problems and always good quality furniture. The manager Eva and sales lady Jackie are awesome. We will definitely return.

Dayton Tennessee sales and finance guy was amazing but the last manager behind the counter well that's another story she must think she's better then the people that help pay her paycheck with our purchases rolled her eyes spoke down to me and my wife I'm in sales also for 29 years and I have to say she by far is the worst example of a leader manger that I have ever experienced in such a brief encounterment..so I with drew my approved contract I'd rather my money go to someone who appreciates my business and my wife also withdrew hers..so I understand to her it's nothing but over time she will collapse the company...good luck farmers Sincerely yours josh harrison

I have mixed feelings. I loved the Hixson location, staff was great except the first manager (they seemed to go through management a lot). Once Hixson closed and our account went to Dayton it has been one hassle after another. We would go to the Hixson store and make our payment, Dayton is a lot further away. They wanted to charge us a convince fee to pay over the phone. Then every time I called I would ask how much we owed to pay it off, the pay off seemed to go up instead of down. Granted this last time was our fault due to late fees but the times before were not. I called yesterday and was told one price, called today to pay it off and of course was told something else. It wasn't that much more so I just paid it off. I will never use them again.

Eva Cruver was FANTASTIC!! I lucked up and got a bedroom suite off the floor (bc they had 2 of them) and mattress set and had it delivered same day which I know is almost unheard of! THANK YOU EVA!!!
