Morris Home Furniture and Mattress

We enjoyed working with Lucas. He was knowledgeable, respectful and answered all our questions. We purchased a flexsteel sofa, glider and recliner. We are totally happy with our purchases delivered this week (4 wks from order date).

I decided to browse around after visiting Value City Furniture for their store closing sales. I’ve been eyeing bed frames for awhile now, and just didn’t see one worth it. Nate Dunker saw me roaming around and simply asked me three questions, and immediately knew where to take me! The store is very huge, so I can appreciate him saving me a lot of steps. Nate never once rushed me at all, and was so patient even when I made a FaceTime call to talk it out with my mom about purchasing! Even when I was hung up on the color of the frame, he redirected me and gave me a new perspective to see from! The best part it was simply no pressure, and he was more than willing to just be of service! Thank you Nate for giving me the proper space and supreme customer service that made this a very smooth easy buy! I look forward to the day when my bed frame is delivered.

We happened upon Morris Home. My husband and I have been looking for a couch for a while now. We went in not expecting to decide on a couch. As soon as we walked in, we were actually surprised at how many options there were, especially in our price range. The sales staff was not over bearing and they all seemed to be happy to be there, which means a lot to me. We were greeted and after a very short conversation, our new best friend Matea knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us space to test things out and just checked in with us. We ended up not only getting a couch but also a chair and a half and all the good things. I definitely recommend Morris Home Furniture but I recommend working with Matea more! Thank you for all of your help! Important purchases need someone who listens to what you like and can make recommendations based on your preferences, not just to make a sale! That's a big reason we decided to stay and shop!

Danny was such A great sales person he did not pressure us. He left us to decide on our own and then came back when we were ready to make a decision. That means a lot to me as a Consumer to not be pushed into a sale, but to have someone there that is ready when I’m ready. He also helped us with selecting pillows that would go with the set that we just bought.. Thanks, Danny for the great sales experience.
