Furniture Fair

I would like to sincerely Thank, Ms. Mika and Ms. CeeCee so much for their professionalism and support in helping me to find the perfect living room and dining room set I could ever want. The staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory and very polite as well. We even shared a joke or two about the anxiety in trying to pick out and match furniture 🫠. Once again, Thank Yall Ladies for all your help and I highly recommend you all to stop in at Furniture Fair in Rocky Mount for high quality furniture at a decent price with professionalism, and not stalking you around the store 😀. But very attentive when you need them to be. God Bless.

I tried to buy an appliance at 7:30pm on a Friday night. The store hours showed they were open until 8:00. I thought it would be an easy transaction. I had a trailer to load it up and take it home. No delivery needed. The salesperson wouldn’t let me take it home for some reason. She actually raised her voice a little bit and said that if we would have been there an hour earlier we could have taken the appliance home. It felt a lot like being scolded. They have some pretty furniture and appliances. I won’t ever go back after that experience. I recommend getting there early. It made the lady mad that we showed up 30 minutes before closing. Lowe’s here we come.

Me and my wife came in last weekend to buy a living room set.i was supposed to leave this review that following day . I was very pleased with my transaction. Everything was smooth and easy. I like how it’s not as though they’re following you or constantly watching you. I hate that when I go into stores I like to feel that space to look around . Im very grateful for my sales associate that helped me you can tell she’s a very shy , but a very sweet young lady but the shyness’s doesn’t stop her from making conversation. Had me laughing and smiling threw out our entire transaction . I can’t really pronounce or spell her name but I know her names like the color. Anyways I wanted to give her a praise and say how good of a job she did and how patient she was. I will be coming back again when I get my income tax the end of march. Thank you furniture fair I will be back

I purchased a sectional from Furniture Fair in 2025 it wasn't a delivery fee because I live within the distance to qualify for free delivery. Now, I made a new purchase that is being charged $199 for delivery today. I still live at the same address. This is a rip-off. Buyers beware. I am so upset.
