I bought a leather Lazy Boy recliner from Godwin's in Flint. Herb was my salesman and he was helpful and knowledgeable. I love the new recliner. It's comfortable and looks great!
View on GoogleThey had exactly what I had been looking for, I didn't have to order or wait weeks. The other furniture stores didn't have it on the floor, I would've had to order it and wait 6 weeks. Delivery also was less..
View on GoogleSales consultant John Bontumasi gave me his card, short conversation, no pressure introduction guilt, relaxing to customers loud thoughts which is the best business ethics version in being a consultant.
View on GoogleFirst of all,Bonnie is a amazing sales lady ,But purchased a couch in September and had service out today ,she was nice ,but the couch is wearing terribly for the little use it has had and what do I get, more stuffing in the back ,now my couch cushions are uneven .i was going to purchase a $2000.00 matttess ,but since my month old couch can’t be replaced,I will shop elsewhere.I made a BBB complaint and it was just closed due to no response from Godwin’s ,that is very poor business and I will take my business elsewhere! ******Edit***** Godwins did make it right and I was able to return my defective couch ,Again,Bonnie was amazing and I also purchased a new mattress from her !
View on GoogleWe like Godwin's Furniture. We have bought from them in the past and continue to shop them. Herb is a good salesperson to work with.
