I shopped at Mattress Firm with a mission for new pillows. The sales consultant listened to what I was trying to achieve and recommended 2 types of pillows. After trying both a made my purchase and waiting for delivery. My sales person who helped me is Fortune, she is knowledgeable about her products, friendly, considerate and did not push me or persuade me in either direction. She was so knowledgeable after testing my pillow I inquired about the mattress because it was just as comfortable as the pillow. I recommend this store and I recommend Fortune she is awesome

Ms. Melissa is knowledgeable and helpful. I am not native to the area but I’m glad she was the one to assist me. I didn’t know exactly the bed type I wanted but after trying a few she helped me find the best bed for me and within my budget. I appreciate the help with my bed and conversation about fun things to do in the area as well. The insight about the area and community and new bed helped put me at ease. We came in looking for a mattress upgrade. Just looking. We were met by Pat. The man was simply fantastic. With 20+ years of experience, Pat walked us through every detail and all options. We ended up buying a Tempur Pedic on the spot. Truly a great experience. Thank you Pat!

They also have less expensive, then you can allow your wallet do the listening.

Before going to Mattress Firm at the Tech Center today, I studied the reviews. During the process of choosing my mattress, the positive reviews proved to be true and maybe understated. Pat, the manager and my salesman, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Instead of "selling" me, he helped me make my own decision. I love the company policies and guarantees, too. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great mattress.
