This was so easy to find a mattress that we love to sleep on. We spent a long time in the store, checking out all the possibilities until we found the one we finally ordered. No salesperson to bug us. And the two men, Alex and Mario, who delivered and installed the mattress were efficient and considerate. Highly recommend this way to purchase a mattress

I didn’t buy yet but the mattresses on floor are very good selection from each brand & you get to choose comfortably you can come to test the mattresses many times and no one bothers you, they answer the phone directly for any questions but the return policy which is taking I think 20%if the mattress is not comfortable, little bit gave me hesitation to buy you need to check the mattress you will choose very good.

Love the concept but it’s nearly impossible to spend time testing mattresses because the video that runs on a loop in the store will drive you crazy.

Would definitely recommend. Was able to try out all the mattresses a few times no one else in store. Great price delivered the next day. Delivery guys couldn’t have been any nicer and professional. Great quality mattress. Very pleased

I first went to mattress firm and was shown a lot of mattresses that I didn't like. I found one mattress I wanted and the salesman gave me a price that was higher than the online price (online price said it's good in store too). Didn't even say anything about that and just left. Found Hassleless Mattress and it was a wonderful experience. No employees, you walk around at your pace and try out mattresses. If you find one you like you can order online or in the store (Kiosk). Delivery and setup was effortless (and free). I love the mattress and the free base (saved a lot of money because I didn't have to buy a box spring). Hassleless called me after my purchase and offered an upgrade to my base which moves the head and feet for 1/2 price! I accepted and would definitely buy another mattress at Hassleless mattress.
