HassleLess Mattress

There was no one else there when I went in, and the space was quiet and clean. I was able to try the mattresses as much as I wanted to my heart's content, no one bothered me. I was then able to purchase my new mattress from their website, and it came the next day! Overall very happy with my experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our purchase at HasleLess! We had never visited a showroom without a pesky salesperson following us around and appreciated the wide selection of mattress options. The courteous customer service agent made the ordering process smooth and efficient. The mattress was delivered the very next day as promised. Delivery techs were attentive and respectful of our home, ensuring a proper cleanup of packaging and removal of our old mattress. Thank you for a five star experience!

This was my second visit to the hassle West mattress store on 75th and Downers Grove. Both times I was the only person in the store. There were no other customers so I had the ability to go around and lay on the mattresses like I wanted to and then make a decision. I placed the order in the store, but I never received a confirmation email. So I had to call in to the number listed and confirmed my order with the woman that I spoke to. I will be getting my bed on November 25 as requested.

Great place to try out various mattresses and bases. There's enough combinations that allow you to figure out what you prefer. Their firmness meter runs from 1(firm) to 5(plush). There are various combinations of these that range from the lowest to highest of prices. Plus there are various bases starting from basic platforms to fully adjustable platforms with various extra bells and whistles. All in all you can take your time and try them all out with any pressure. Normally, a star would be reduced for not having any human beings supporting the sales, but the support number in the store is manned by very helpful staff. Finally, a company with a really good support staff. Highly recommended you try this place if you are looking for a mattress set.

I visited the nearby store and was able to find a mattress I liked. The ordering process was quite easy . The delivery and setup was done quickly and professionally. The workers explained to me how the adjustable base worked and were able to answer any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with the whole process, from start to finish, and quite happy with my mattress! I would definitely recommend Hassle Less Mattress to others!!
