HassleLess Mattress

From start to finish, my entire experience was about perfect.I spent about an hour in the store trying beds all by myself. I appreciated not having to talk to anyone or feel weird going bed to bed and back many times. I picked out the mattress and base I wanted and ordered it online from the comfort of my home. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday. I received a text with my 2-hour window Friday night. Saturday morning, I received a phone call that they would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived within the scheduled window and expeditiously removed my old mattress and set up my new bed. They were clean and courteous. I would highly recommend HassleLess Mattress and they will be my go to for any mattress needs moving forward.

Any store that orders in bulk from big brands gets their own model designation on all their mattresses. So their price can't be beat because no one else has that model. Brands like Purple, Nectar and Tempurpedic are price fixed by the manufacturer. So you have to buy based on service, delivery and how good their return policy is, not price. The sleep guarantee requires sleeping on it for at least 30 days before contacting them if it isn't the right mattress for you. Then be aware that if you return it there is a 20% restocking fee. Or a 10% restocking fee for an exchange. PLUS a service fee of $78. That's almost $700 on a $3,000 mattress. Read the fine print on their policies page to avoid surprises. I will say their customer service is very easy to contact compared with other stores. 3 stars for the return policy.

The purchase was Hassleless- we had questions which were promptly answered with a quick call to their support team. The delivery couldn’t have been any better thanks to the awesome delivery team of Daniel Jr and Daniel Sr.- very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

100 Day Sleep guarantee is only if you’re willing to forfeit a 10 to 20% restocking fee of your original purchase price and pay additional $75 or more delivery and processing fee. Then to add insult to injury, you’ll be unable to finance the difference if you want to upgrade your mattress. That’s right, open up your wallet now! I’d say this company lacks a bit of transparency in their marketing tactics. We all know that roughly the same mattresses under a different label can be bought elsewhere. Buyer beware. Maybe provide some real information to help buyers make an informed decision, rather than an annoying video on a loop. The store was pretty musty and stale.

We visited the Mequon store in December. The store was very clean an organized. We could select from a variety of mattresses with clear descriptions. There wasn't a clerk in the store so it was indeed HassleLess. We were able to speak to a representative via their kiosk. Purchasing the mattress was smooth and easy. Best of all they delivered it and set it up on the same day! They also removed the old mattress. We definitely recommend the store.
