HassleLess Mattress

Went there to try out Mattresses found one we liked after trying out multiple times. Had it delivered and set up. It’s a king size Beauty rest Luxe. Almost a year old and there is a big hump in mattress called about warranty and they said there was a $ 75 charge for them to come out. Never heard of being charged for warranty. I just had back and neck surgery and this is crap.

Loved the no hassle atmosphere. Had the entire showroom to myself and could move around and compare mattresses to my heart's content, Online ordering and customer support was easy. Prices were reasonable compared to big box furniture stores. Delivery was easy to schedule and the delivery team of Nick and Jay was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We were impressed by the entire process. Store was very clean. Sanitizers & cloth for covering pillows readily available. It was easy to see comfort level for mattresses & pillows. It was fantastic to just take our time, and be on our own. Ordering from the kiosk was self explanatory and easy. We received notification next day & call prior to delivery on Monday.. ordered Saturday delivered Monday. Fast friendly delivery team. A truly hasselless experience.

They are selling USED MATTRESSES I am almost certain and when you figure it out they will charge you $80 to send back and then replace it with another USED MATTRESS or THE VERY SAME ONE you sent back!!! And when I looked it up, I read that this really does happen- Companies can re-cover the mattress so it "looks" new, but you KNOW if it isn't. If you bought from here check your mattress for bed bugs that's all I'm saying. I tell everyone I know to never ever purchase a mattress from HassleLess

Love that there are no sales people breathing down your neck, yet if you have questions you can call the number listed right inside. The lady on the phone was helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about all the mattress! Second time buying there and would go back again!!!
