We look forward, gleefully, to a future of perfect comfort and sleep after buying a new bed/base/2 pillows and protective, waterproof fitted sheet from Anna at Mattress Firm. We feel we were led to this mattress store closer to us than any with a wide selection of products on a clean, tidy and comfortable showroom floor. We met a friendly, knowledgeable and patient salesperson, Anna, who was warm, honest and professional. She is a delight to know and answers every question you might have. We are excited to be getting our new mattress and base delivery just 1-2 days after we purchased it! It is no wonder Mattress Firm (Oakbrook) earned a Best of 2026 award and a 9.7 Star rating for its trustworthy faculty, excellence and integrity. My husband and I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm (Oakbrook) to all our family and friends!
View on GoogleAndrea was great to work with at Mattress Firm. She walked us through the process of choosing a mattress and made everything easy to understand. She was never pushy and gave honest opinions that genuinely helped guide our decision instead of steering us toward a specific product. We really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and straightforward approach. Great experience overall.
View on GoogleAnna was most helpful assisting me with finding the right mattress. Even with a store full of people she made it a priority to make sure all my questions were answered & checked on me throughout my search. She even followed through with sending quotes and honoring the sale discount which was greatly appreciated as I am preparing for my first move. She made the process easy and less stressful. Kudos to her for the great customer service!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience working with Andrea at Mattress Firm Oakbrook! She was incredibly friendly and informative from the start. Andrea was straightforward, honest, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. She gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision without hovering, but was always available to answer questions when we needed her. Most importantly, she truly listened and helped guide us to the best choice for our needs rather than just trying to make a sale. Andrea went above and beyond to accommodate us, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. We’d highly recommend working with her!
View on GoogleWhile shopping for a mattress, I overheard Andrea helping an elderly couple and was impressed by her kindness and patience. When she helped me, she was just as wonderful, honest, knowledgeable, and focused on finding the right mattress for my needs rather than trying to upsell me. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
