Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing buying experience at Bob’s Furniture thanks to Simone. From the moment my Mom and I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. She took the time to explain options, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Simone’s customer service was outstanding, and her attention to detail and friendly approach truly set her apart. I highly recommend asking for Simone if you’re shopping at Bob’s Furniture—you’ll be in great hands.

I have been looking for a comfortable rocking chair to use when my granddaughter is at my house and didn't want to spend $$$ so I popped into Bob's and asked a gentleman what they had in stock. He was super helpful and I actually purchased the first chair he showed me (he knew it was the best one!). I drove around to the back and didn't have to wait long at all for it to be loaded into my car. The loading staff was also extremely helpful (they suggested taking the back off the chair and showed me how easy it was to put it back on). I was very happy with my experience and thrilled with the price!

Excellent experience from start to finish at Bob’s Discount Furniture. The delivery crew truly stood out — professional, punctual, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it before leaving. Overall, a great experience with both the store and the delivery team. We would absolutely shop here again and highly recommend Bob’s Furniture to others.

Look, I'm very pleased with my purchase. What I didn't like was when one of the salespersons said there was someone else looking at the same thing and the item would probably be gone by tomorrow. I truly hate the scare tactic of trying to make me buy now. Other than that I love my furniture from the outlet store. I received two pull-out couches for the price of one brand-new one and there's nothing wrong with them

Had one of the best experiences purchasing furniture here! From setting up our order to receiving it and having the work set up in our own home I am the happiest costumer with bobs! I definitely will be coming back for more! Wonderful wonderful wonderful! I also want to thank maguel and armando for the great service quick and easy installation! So happy !!
