HassleLess Mattress

Had a minor issue with my mattress delivered that I previously posted about. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from a representative a couple of days later who was eager to address the issue. The level of customer service I received was amazing, and so unexpected from a marketing business with no salespeople. Amber and Erin demonstrated that Hassleless Mattress is serious about customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately according to my satisfaction. Superb customer service is something I rarely experience these days. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of their products. Thank you Hassleless. Keep the positive image going.

Good experience with HasselLess Mattress. Prices were good. Pretty cut and dry as far as purchasing. Next day delivery worked out real well. No issues at all with the delivery. Would recommend.

Had not heard of HassleLess until i was on my way to a different store. Stopped in to preview their selection. To my surprise the had plenty of good mattress options but not one person was working. Oblivious I started mattress testing thinking worker was in back on break. After a moment of no one coming out I read the signs and realized no one would becoming. Simply test the mattress call the number to order and you’re done. By far the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had buying almost anything.

I was truly shocked that I was able to test all the mattresses I was interested in with no sales person hovering by or oddly staring, waiting to pounce on a sale. I went early in the morning and did not encounter one other customer the entire time I was there, which made the process go that much faster for me. Got a Nectar Lux 5ish.

Truly hassle free! Great experience all around, from being left alone in the show room to try what we wanted, Lowest to the phone support, to the fast delivery and friendly installers, to the great financing options. Highly recommended!
