Fantastic experience. I went to the store on Tuesday, I was completely by myself for a couple of hours lying and testing the beds! I opted for a wonderful Tempur pedic. 48 hours later it's was delivered fast and efficiently by two amazing guys and I slept my first night like a baby! I called the customer service desk for a slight concern on payment (Bethany) and she was wonderful. I had actually called customer service on the day of order just to seek clarification and they were also 5 star. Thank you again, very happy!

Finally bought a new mattress! After visiting all the local mattress & furniture stores we stopped at HassleLess Mattress in Oak Brook. Nobody in the store. No sales people, customers, nobody. Free delivery, setup, takeaway, and adjustable base. You can get a free box if you want. We spent 2 hours checking out mattresses. Everything delivered today (3 days). Looking forward to a good night sleep!

I spent two hours in the store lying on every bed, measuring everything with my own tape measure, and calculating prices. I was the only person in the store for the whole time. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a bed and adjustable base for less than I would have paid at Mattress Firm; I love them both. I highly recommend HassleLess and would suggest you at least visit the store.
