Jerome's Dream Shop Mattress Store-Mission Valley

I Love everything about Jerome’s, their furniture quality, and service deserves five stars. We recently purchased their Malone leather reclining arm chairs, and sofa. I am so impressed that the sofa reclines all three seated areas. I had the pleasure of working with Barbara on Friday and her customer service was excellent. She was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Jeromes furniture. All the pieces I have bought over the years are built to last long time and are good quality. This is the only furniture Store that I invest my hard earned money on, it is so worth it! Thank you Jerome’s! This is why they have stayed in business for 69 years.

I went with a friend to look for a sleeper couch to replace a 20+ year old couch purchased from Jeromes when I bought my first house. I had some idea what I wanted, but there weren't that many sleeper couches to choose from. We were assisted by "Tall Paul" who patiently showed us what was available. When I narrowed it down to 1 possibility I wanted to do some more research on other websites to compare options and pricing. He graciously gave us all the time I needed. Once the style was chosen, he said it could be custom ordered with the fabric of my choice - at no extra charge! What a deal! I loved the no pressure experience! Jerome hits it out of the park again!

The salespersons are friendly and there is no pressure to buy anything. They show you the different types of beds that they have to offer and give you advice as to which one best fits your body. Again, no pressure on buying the more expensive units. Very pleased with them.

Amazing staff who helped me find something beautiful for my balcony to give it just the tranquil touch it needed. Great tending to customer from start to finish, unlike the new patio store next to them whose employees do not even look up from their clipboard when you enter the store. Jeromes has quality items, excellent customer Service and a huge selection.

I was able to order my Dawson 4 piece power recliner from Jerome’s. Barbara was an excellent help in ordering this for me. She explained all my options and was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Barbara. She stayed on the line with me until we were done. I quickly received my email confirmation in minutes. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jerome’s.
