We had a genuinely great experience in the showroom—our salesperson, Jeremy, was knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and made the entire selection process smooth and even enjoyable. Unfortunately, everything fell apart the moment the delivery team showed up.
To put it bluntly, the delivery experience was unacceptable. What should have been the final, seamless step turned into a frustrating mess. The crew was careless, rushed, and showed little respect for our home. They left behind an unbelievable amount of trash—packing materials, debris, and general mess scattered around as if cleanup simply wasn’t part of their job.
Even worse, they managed to gouge our hardwood floors—something that takes real negligence to accomplish. This isn’t a minor scuff; it’s visible, permanent damage that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of care.
It’s incredibly disappointing that such a strong start with your sales team was completely overshadowed by a delivery team that clearly does not meet the same standard. If you’re going to sell high-quality furniture, your delivery service should reflect that same level of professionalism and responsibility. Right now, it absolutely does not.
Until this is addressed, I would hesitate to recommend Jerome’s to anyone—because no matter how great the buying experience is, it’s the condition your furniture (and home) is left in that people remember.

This store has such a wide variety of sofas, dining tables and more. We liked "The outlet" area where everything is marked 20-30% off. Pretty good deals overall

I’ve purchased several items from Jerome’s Furniture, and at this point only 1 out of 3 has been decent. The rest has been a disappointment.
About 2½ years ago, I bought a couch with recliners. Now the recliner stuffing is coming out of the bottom, and I’m having to repair it myself. That’s not acceptable for furniture that isn’t even that old.
About 1½ years ago, I purchased a dining table and also paid extra for the protection plan. Within six months, the finish began peeling and deteriorating. I filed a claim, and the technician who came out actually scratched the table further with his fingernail, then told me this was a well-known manufacturing defect from the factory in Vietnam and that it would be covered and replaced.
Then… nothing.
After three months with no follow-up, I contacted the protection service myself and was told it was not covered after all. No replacement. No appeal process. No accountability.
For perspective, I have IKEA furniture that lasted over 20 years without issues like this.
Between the poor quality, the misleading protection plan, and the lack of follow-through, I won’t be returning to Jerome’s Furniture.

Amazing experience from our first time in the store to when we left after our purchase. Paul is an amazing professional and truly knows his store and products well. We could tell he has a true passion for what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable and excited about our couch and chair purchase.

Selection was good. I wish you had more options for fabric choices on items. We fell
In love with a sectional
But it only came in one color.
