We purchased a recliner sofa in early 2025. Delivery and setup went perfectly. After a few months, the leather on a portion of the sofa developed some tiny spots where the color was coming off. J&K customer service immediately sent out a person to look at it. After determining that some of the leather needed replacement, they took care of it. Fantastic customer service! We will buy from them again when we need furniture.

With help and assistance from Elizabeth, I was able to find the perfect furniture for my master bedroom. When I arrived at the store, Elizabeth was very attentive and listened to my needs/wants/likes and dislikes. She offered advice and suggestions, was very professional, offered design ideas, and gave me time to look and think on my own. I returned the next day to look again, speak with Elizabeth who is so very friendly and approachable, asked a few questions which she was readily able to answer, and then proceeded to order the furniture. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for furniture due to her welcoming personality, professionalism, attention to design, and her ability to listen to her customers wants and needs. I will certainly be a return customer to her and to the JK Furnishings store in North Myrtle Beach.

I have had a wonderful experience with J&K Home Furnishings. We recently bought a home in Myrtle Beach that needed to be furnished. I had the good fortune to meet Elizabeth at the North Myrtle Beach store. She guided me through purchasing some beautiful pieces from sofas and chairs to curtains and rugs. Her eye for design is exquisite, so much so my house now looks like a model home! She designs with her clients tastes and needs in mind which isn't always the case in working with designers. Just wanted to thank Elizabeth Scott and Stacey Dozier from the North Myrtle Beach location for their outstanding help with me while trying to purchase furniture for my beach house.
