Was kind of a frustrating experience. The sofa received is pretty and we like it but regret going with this company. Don’t know if it was the sales person or manager or just a weird time. But we were one of those unfortunate customers I guess. This sofa took I think 7 months to arrive and the whole communication process was lacking. Looking back now that it’s been 5 months I wouldn’t go with them again. The employees were nice but at the end we did not feel valued as customers at all. Maybe the purchasing experience for in show room furniture is much better. But for custom it is not. Photo of said sofa. Which was over $4000. Was a good learning experience haha. But whatever, it’s just furniture. That’s my review
View on GoogleLaura introduced herself to us as we entered the store. We were on a mission to find 2 chairs in particular. She guided us to the area and left us alone for awhile which I liked. When she came back she wasn’t pushy at all. She listened to our needs. In the end we purchased the chairs we were looking for initially. They are suppose to come in the end of the month. A bonus was that they were having a promo with no sales tax.
