JR Furniture Tigard

I had a great experience working with Gavin at JR Furniture. He helped me find the perfect electric recliner and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Gavin was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He explained the features clearly, let me try different options, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. The recliner I purchased is exactly what I needed—comfortable, smooth operation, and great quality. Gavin made sure everything was handled from start to finish, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for good service and someone who knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend asking for Gavin.

We had a great experience here picking out three seating pieces for our living room. Maria was extremely patient with us as we hemmed and hawwed over which fabrics for everying. She even got a cup of water for my young son who was thirsty. ☺️ We would definitely come back here, especially for the Stanton brand furniture.

My first visit to this place and it was a phenomenal experience! Alora is amazing and oh so personable. She made me and my 2 littles feel welcome and cared for on this important adventure. I’ll ask for Alora the next time I have any furniture needs. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise and making this a smooth purchase!

Jordan helped my husband and I out. Very cool and helpful guy. Bought our couch here few years back and came back to purchase a dining table, dining bench, and an ottoman! Thanks so much JR furniture. Jordan is the best!

8 years ago my husband and I purchased a power loveseat recliner and sofa set from JR Furniture in Tigard. Our sofa gets little use and has held up nicely. Unfortunately, we needed to replace the loveseat, so off we went paperwork in hand to find a new loveseat. We were met by Gavin, who was WONDERFUL! He listened to our wants and needs and knew exactly what to show us for comparisons and to get us as close to what we already had, but updated and even better. Not only did he find exactly what we wanted, but he took the paperwork we brought and looked the previous purchase up to find the same color and material as the old one to match the sofa! He took the time to listen and focus on our needs and find what we wanted, so we took the leap and had him help us with additional furniture needs we have been toying with for the last few years. We ended up happily purchasing a new dining table, kitchen table and chairs! Gavin is a wonderful asset to JR Furniture and if you are looking for furniture JR Furniture should be your go to place for great service and furniture at great prices! Don’t just stroll in…. RUN to JR Furniture for all your furniture needs, you won’t be sorry. Not to mention you don’t want to miss out on the sale they have going on right now. You won’t be sorry. Make sure you ask for GAVIN!
