James was absolutely AMAZING! My friend and I spent many hours researching and looking at mattresses. James was so knowledgeable and confident in his company and their mattresses he didn’t pressure us to buy. We were shopping for my friend and in the end we both ended up buying a mattresses AND adjustable bases! Thank you James for answering all of our endless questions and being patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and if we were going to buy. Thank you Mattress Firm for hiring such a great person. James keep up the great work!!!
View on GoogleMarc was very nice and made it easy with no pressure to shop for a new mattress. Looking for a new mattress for our daughter and Marc was asking her the questions to understand what she was looking for in a mattress. My husband and I will be going back to Mattress Firm Lake Oswego to get our new mattress as well. The delivery guys were so professional and had things set up so fast for us. The whole experience was very nice
View on GoogleMarc is a true professional who helped me choose the right mattress and base for my needs. I had a very specific delivery date requirement to the other side of a country, and he organized everything perfectly. All the paperwork was processed quickly, and soon I’ll be a happy owner of a very comfortable sleeping setup. I really appreciate his help! Totally recommended!!
View on GoogleMarcprovided an excellent experience from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs without being pushy. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the entire process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend working with Marc to anyone looking for quality service and expertise at a mattress store. Update: This store is legit. Top notch customer service. No BS. Love it!
View on GoogleTL:DR Marc at Mattress Firm is a real one, skip the BedMart next door and come here instead. This Mattress Firm happens to be neighbors with a BedMart. I visited the BedMart first since I typically prefer supporting local businesses over larger chains when I can. But I was immediately put off by the overwhelmingly creepy vibe coming off the BedMart salesman. He would not leave us alone (read: loomed above us as we tested mattresses and did not leave until we told him to) and then tried to explain to us how our budget was unreasonably low. What a breath of fresh air Marc at Mattress Firm was. He knows mattresses and got us a GREAT deal on a mattress we loved, and the whole package fit nicely within budget. Very friendly and thorough.
