Purple - Bay Street Emeryville

I had such an amazing experience thanks to Demetria at Purple! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was her patience and professionalism. She wasn’t pushy at all—just helpful, honest, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer service like this is rare, and Demetria truly went above and beyond. If you’re shopping at Purple, I highly recommend asking for Demetria. She made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. Thank you again!

I would like like to give a personal shout out to Jakob! He was very professional and his attentiveness to my needs when looking for the perfect mattress is what sealed the deal. Whether you need to recover after studying all night, just got off a long work shift, have back problems, or just need to relax, Jakob is the one to go to. He sits down with you, listens to your needs, and gives his recommendations. 10 out of 10, would go back again.

Orlando and Daryl at the Purple Store provided outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend working with them if you’re shopping here.

Personally, I’m a person who research beforehand to know the science and add my personal take on the matter. Additionally, my friend has taken the purple route beforehand and share his opinion on the matter. After carefully examining, I’ve decided to go to the nearest purple store to try the for myself. Their employee, Orlando, guided me and already could see that I’ve done my research. The experience was very supportive and the testing lead me to give their Dream Flex layer Pillow as my final decision. These past 4 nights I’ve haven’t felt this rejuvenated and self aware in a while. Overall, I give this store experience full marks for employee, Orlando.

Went during a crazy holiday for mattress sales. The store is amazing, interactive and very helpful in understanding the products. Jakob and Daryl were very supportive in trying to make a decision on pillows. So supportive that they brought a pillow to try that I didn’t even have in mind and I ended up going with that one!
