I had an amazing experience thanks to Robert Ramirez. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture pieces for our home. He listened to what we wanted, offered great recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to friends and family!

I was on the verge of giving this store a 5 star review until their manager Frank messed things up. First off, working with Robert was great in selling me a bedroom set that I wanted with a good deal. There was a discontinued nightstand that I liked and one of them had to be ordered. When it arrived, it was unfortunately damaged and I was told a replacement couldn't be ordered anymore as it was the last one left. They would see if a tech could fix it. So I scorched the bay area and was able to find one at the Fremont store which also ended up being $250 cheaper. I then called to request for a refund on the damaged nightstand and was told that a manager had to approve. Frank was the manager and advised that if I wanted to cancel I would be charged a $115 cancelation fee. WTH!? I kept arguing with him that this didn't seem right. I didn't want to keep going in circles so I finally told him that if I pay the fee then I would be contacting corporate and filing a small claim against his store. He put me on hold to speak with one of his associates who then advised that I would get a full refund. What a waste of time and energy arguing. I'll give 5 stars to Robert and the nice desk ladies, but 0 for the manager Frank trying to shake me down $115 for broken furniture, come on bro be better next time!

We just bought two couches and a chair from Ashley and love the service we received. Robert was very helpful, friendly and actually pretty funny! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, too. Definitely a great option with Rosso’s gone.

Ahmad helped give us the info we needed to purchase a new table. He was so friendly yet didn’t push a sale on us and respectfully let us take our time. He patiently explained the bill. Our experience with him showed his integrity and wisdom. We have purchased here before and will continue to come back to this location when we need to look for something else.

Robert Ramirez was very helpful and kind without being pushy to make a sale. As soon as we came in he was the first to greet us with a warm smile and gave us options of what we were looking for. We are happy with the purchase we made and look forward to coming back to him for our next purchase.
