Mancini's Sleepworld Mountain View

I normally never write such reviews, but our experience at Mancini’s in Mountain View was disappointing enough that it deserves to be shared. We visited as a group of three to help a friend who recently moved from Canada and was simply looking for a normal, comfortable spring mattress with a foam top. Since this was a rental home, the goal was a reasonable, practical budget — nothing extravagant. Instead of helping us, both the older male staff member (who seemed like the manager) and the female associate came across as rude and judgmental. We were told to step away from the Avocado mattress area and were bluntly told that “nothing here is in your budget,” without even asking what that budget was or offering any alternatives. The tone felt dismissive and unnecessary. What bothered us most was the attitude — we could have easily responded by stating where we work or what we earn, but basic respect should not depend on that. Decency matters, and the way my friend was treated was genuinely hurtful. Right after this experience, we visited Mattress Firm across the street, where the gentleman helping us was polite, patient, and genuinely listened. His customer service was so good that we ended up buying a therapeutic mattress *above* our original budget — that’s what true competition and great service look like. This review isn’t written out of anger, but to highlight how much customer service matters. A little courtesy goes a long way, and it’s something we did not experience at Mancini’s

Very easy to take care of my problem speaking with Brittany. She deserves a raise! Merry Christmas to you all and the best in the new year.

I recently had the best experience purchasing my new mattress at Mancini's Sleepworld in the Los Altos area, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The store is beautifully laid out, making it easy to try out the fantastic selection of high-quality mattresses. The staff Albert and Brittany were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactic, which I greatly appreciated. They guided me through their "SleepMatch" technology and explained the differences between the various brands and materials until I found the perfect fit for my sleep style and budget. The entire process, from selection to finalizing the easy financing and delivery details, was smooth and stress-free. I'm now sleeping better than I have in years! If you are in the market for a new mattress and want an experience that is professional, friendly, and ultimately leads to a great night's sleep, look no further than Mancini's Sleepworld in Los Altos!

I had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld Mountain View. I came in needing a firmer mattress because of my back issues, and the salesperson, Elias, immediately showed me the right options. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, even though I arrived about an hour before closing. He explained everything clearly, let me try several mattresses, and helped me choose the perfect Aireloom one. He also gave me a great discount. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Mancini’s Sleepworld!

We were lucky to have Amanda as our sales rep.She was very knowledgeable about the range of products and pros and cons as to which products best met our needs . Mostly importantly,, she allowed us time to try out and compare mattresses and arrive at the perfect selection and within our budget.
