I cannot say enough about my experience with Gina at Penny Mustard Furnishings in Menomonee Falls! From the moment I walked in it felt 'different' from all of the other furniture stores I visited previously -- it felt warm and welcoming. Gina greeted me and she was so different from a 'typical' salesperson. She was very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She helped in designing my new kitchen and living room -- I felt like I was working with a personal designer. I am so impressed with her genuine desire to make sure every detail was perfect! Gina was willing to research ideas when we couldn't find the 'just right' fit to the setting. She even offered me a glass of wine during my experience! My husband and I are down sizing and moving to a different location. When I left Penny Mustard and Gina, I couldn't believe how calm I felt. The furniture we chose is high quality and so perfect and Gina helped me with design choices that I would never have thought of! Thank you!!
View on GoogleWe needed to find a power recliner that would work with a sit to stand device we use for our Daughter that has special needs. We went to several store and we were having trouble finding one that would work. Then we went to Penny Mustard in Menomonee Falls and meet Stephen Wolter. He was a true professional and took the extra time to find us the perfect recliner. Thanks for the extra effort.
View on GoogleMy shopping experience with Dan was excellent. He was friendly and professional and listened to what I was saying so able to suggest pieces of furniture which worked for us but wasn’t at all pushy. We are still in the shopping phase so I can’t review a product but initial interactions were great.
View on GoogleWe moved here from Michigan and were referred to Penny Mustard by a relative. We were fortunate to find Paul at the Menominee Falls store. He very carefully designed our living room and dining room. The furniture is wonderful quality, fits the room perfectly and very comfortable. We couldn’t be more pleased.
View on GoogleWe've purchased furniture from Penny Mustard several times due to their selection and quality. Most recently during a renovation we met Paul Filo. Paul elevated our experience and outcome! After a tour of the store reviewing items, asking questions, Paul zoned right in on our style and desires. From there we were able to put together a beautiful master bedroom and living room. I trusted him so much I collaborated with him on other renovation decisions. Now I wish I had a bigger home to work with Paul again - (my husband likely doesn't feel the same :) ) Thank you Paul! Denise & Andrew R - West Bend
