Mattress Depot USA

We were greeted by Sam, who listened to our concerns and what we were interested in for a mattress purchase. He patiently walked us through all our options, demonstrating everything (lift and massage features, etc.) to our complete satisfaction. For something as huge a purchase as a mattress, he made the whole transaction easy and painless. That has not been our experience with mattress purchases in the past! We were very happy with the whole of our experience and purchase and now very much look forward to receiving a good quality mattress that will improve our quality of sleep!

My husband and I had a great experience shopping here. After years of second hand beds, this was our first purchase of a brand new set up. Sam was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and did not rush or pressure us at all. He offered great insight that helped us choose the right fit for our needs. The whole process was super easy! The delivery and set up was very smooth as well - the young men installing the bed had great communication and were happy to answer our questions and explain the set up in case we end up needing to adjust the height of the frame down the line. All in all, a wonderful experience of a major purchase!

We went in a week ago to look at getting a new mattress and Sam was so helpful and kind showing us practically every model in the store. He gave us the chance to try every mattress available and didn’t get impatient or try to rush us. We left to think and shopped around at other mattress stores but ultimately no other store or sales person gave us the experience Sam did. We returned a week later to buy from him and he gave us all the discounts and offers that were available and made making a big purchase easy and exciting. Thanks Sam for helping us get our new mattress.

Ray was awesome! We came in one week and he helped us narrow it down to two options, after coming from mattress firm where we left with no strong feelings about any mattress and unsure about everything. Pretty much the same options here but the experience was night and day difference. No pressure to make a decision that day which we really appreciated, especially comparing to mattress firm where they were following us out the door trying to get us to make a purchase. Highly recommend!

Sam was a great help. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions (there were many!!) during both of our visits. He did not pressure us at all, and really helped us stay in our budget. We were looking at online mattresses but ultimately chose this solution mostly due to his helpfulness and consideration.
