John was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding and purchasing the perfect bed frame for my new apartment. His knowledge and professionalism made the process easy and stress-free. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the ideal choice. If you’re in the military, I highly recommend visiting this Mattress Firm—John truly goes above and beyond. Thanks again, John!
View on GoogleHad an absolutely wonderful experience with John as he walked us through our new bed and all the features of our adjustable base. 10/10 recommend John as there is no pressure to buy anything, and he will answer any question and show you comparisons of anything you ask about.
View on GoogleWe just purchased a Tempur-Pedic split king bed and electronic bed frame, and had such a great experience! John, the manager, was very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. He was professional and friendly, showing us different mattress models and walking us through each function of the frame so we could actually try them out and see what felt right. What I really appreciated was that he never pushed us toward the most expensive option—he truly helped us find what best fit our needs. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’re so excited for our new bed!
View on GoogleJohn was very attentive, personable, and interested in our exact needs. He asked all of the pertinent questions to help recommend what best would work in our situation. He was informative, respectful, and humorous. You could just tell he believed in the product and company and enjoyed helping people. His “no pressure” approach was just what we needed after completing a difficult move. We highly recommend John and Mattress Firm in Lacey if you have the need.
View on GoogleJohn was an absolute gem who worked with us to explain the science of better sleep and find a sleep system (mattress and adjustable base) so good it made my partner shed tears of joyful pain relief. No hard sell, just as much information as we asked for and transparency and patience at every step of the way. I won't need another bed for another couple decades but when I do, I sure hope John's still around selling mattresses to help me out!
