Mattress Depot USA

Went in to check out mattresses and see the sales for the 4th. Raymond was so unbelievably kind and helpful! He had no problem with our pickiness, and found us the most perfect mattress. So excited to get it delivered and sleep on it. Thank you again again Raymond!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Raymond was hands down one of the nicest and most genuine salespeople I’ve ever worked with. I came in with my wife and our child, and he made the entire experience feel comfortable, welcoming, and truly family-oriented — no pressure at all, just honest help and great conversation. He was so great to work with that I came back the very next day and brought my brother-in-law, and Raymond ended up helping him pick out a mattress as well. That says everything. From here on out, we’ll only be working with Raymond for any future mattress needs. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for him.

I did a lot of research before coming into the store and arrived with a list of questions, a clear budget, and five mattresses I wanted to try. As it turned out, only one of the mattresses on my list was available in the store, and after lying on it for a few minutes I crossed it off my list. That’s when Raymond really stepped in and made the experience exceptional. Raymond provided the kind of customer service we rarely see these days. He patiently answered all of my questions, listened to what I needed in terms of support and comfort, and helped guide me toward options that were a better fit for me. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. He gave me all the time I needed to try mattresses and make a thoughtful decision. In the end, I purchased a high-quality mattress that provides exactly the support I was looking for, along with a compatible adjustable base. Raymond also made sure I received the President’s Day sale pricing and even worked in an additional discount that included a quality mattress cover and White Glove delivery and setup. I couldn’t be happier with my new bed or with the experience overall. If you’re shopping for a mattress in Thurston County, I highly recommend working with Raymond at Mattress Depot USA. His knowledge, patience, and genuine approach made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
