Mattress Firm Lacey

I don’t believe it’s fair to charge me $100,00 plus tax for delivery of new mattress! After all you were negligent when original mayress was purchased not checking driver license against my credit card used wit my name! He used my address but his name ! If you had checked you would have known he was illegally making purchase in my name while I was in hospital! I just don’t think it’s fair! I had a perfect good bedroom with perfect mattress that they decided to get rid of how or where nobody knows or seem to care !

From the moment I walked in, Dre and Alex were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit. I worked with Dre & he took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my sleep preferences, comfort needs, and budget without making me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the different mattress options was impressive, and he explained the pros and cons of each in a clear and easy-to-understand way. His patience, professionalism, and helpful attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks to your guidance, I felt confident in my decision and am very happy with my purchase. I appreciate you Dre!

Braxton was incredibly helpful in guiding us to a mattress that fit our budget while still providing a luxurious feel. He thoroughly explained the benefits of the warranty, mattress protector, and cooling sheets without being pushy or attempting to oversell. We truly appreciated his balanced and informative approach. We look forward to returning to work with Braxton again, especially as we consider purchasing a new adjustable bed frame. The ability to elevate both the head and feet truly makes a noticeable difference in sleep quality. Thank you again for your outstanding service. Your professionalism and patience throughout our decision-making process went above and beyond our expectations. You are an excellent example of what exceptional customer service looks like

We worked with Alexander over the weekend. Alexander was very personable, very knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. Sometimes the product sells itself, but in this case, Alexander did a great job and as a representative of Mattress Firm he represented both the product and the company great. Made the purchase very easy. Thank you, Alexander!

I came in looking to leave with a mattress and when looking for the one I wanted they didn’t have in store but Braxton was such a great help and gave me other similar options to choose from. Very welcoming and helpful. I was able to leave with a mattress that was comfortable for me. They did not disappoint.
