I called ahead to check on product and spoke with Shelly. She was ready when I arrived and had the bedframe assembled for me to inspect. She was professional and fun! We took a pic!! She cute as a button. Great experience. Store was clean, stocked with professionals and smelled really good! Thanks Shelly!
View on GoogleBest mattress shopping experience ever thanks to Tyesha!! We came in looking for a new bed for our baby after the one we purchased online elsewhere wasn’t working for us. Tyesha immediately greeted us and was SO friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us a couple mattresses she thought would be perfect and had no problem pulling others down for us so we could compare. We ended up finding the perfect one but it was at a different location. She set it all up for us so all we had to do was stop by the other location and grab it. The whole shopping experience was done in under 15 mins! I am so beyond happy with my experience here thanks to her! If I ever am in need of another mattress, I will definitely be back!
View on GoogleJust had the best experience with Shelly. She instantly understood what I was looking for when I described my needs. She also recommended options in my price range. Without her, I'm not sure I would have found what I was looking for. Thanks again!
View on GoogleHannah was seriously the best! My husband and I were a little stressed shopping for our next bed but Hannah made it so easy! She was kind, funny, and personable! Feels like I’ve known her my whole life lol The manager, Shelly was also amazingggg. The Mattress Firm in Olympia was the best experience we’ve ever had!
View on GoogleI brought my elderly parents to this store today and we received exceptional customer service. We worked with Shelly and she was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering multiple options to fit our budget. She was so sweet and sincere and made both my parents (who have several physical ailments and are also in the early stages of dementia) feel at ease and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, while not being pushy. We didn’t feel pressured and I felt like everyone genuinely cared and wanted to help. I cannot recommend them and this store enough! It’s heartwarming to know there are still caring people in the world.
