I had such an amazing experience at Mattress Firm! From the moment I walked in, Kevin made the whole process easy and stress-free. He focused on helping me to find the right mattress - not just making a sale. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect mattress, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt pressured at any point, which I truly appreciated. Customer service like this is rare, and Kevin definitely made this a standout experience. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend stopping by Mattress Firm in Addison, IL and asking for Kevin—you won’t be disappointed!
View on GoogleWe had such a great experience working with TJ while shopping for a mattress. I actually called the store ahead of time with a few questions, and he was so kind and helpful over the phone that I knew I wanted to work with him in person. When we got there, he was just as welcoming and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen to my back issues and what I’ve been struggling with when it comes to sleep. I never felt rushed or pushed, he was honest, patient, and genuinely tried to help us find something that would work for both our needs and our budget. It made a big difference having someone who actually listens and cares. I’m really glad we worked with TJ and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress!
View on GoogleKevin was able to help me pick out the right mattress. He was straight forward with type of mattress and price. Everything was explained to me in detail. Glad I was able to leave store with purchase of a temper pedic. Highly recommend this place, just mention what you want in a mattress.
