Sleep Number

This happens to be our second purchase from the sleep number store. Our first purchase was a P5 mattress. We went for the ILE mattress this time for the thickness of the mattress. Looks great and feels great. Love Sleep Number mattresses for there number setting that you can’t don’t with any other mattress. Want to give a shout out to Gina and Brooke. Gina our sales rep from the Glendale Heights store is fabulous. She answered all of our questions and went out of her way to help us. Brooke the district manager excepted an online coupon that sealed the deal for our second purchase of our Sleep Number. Both Gina and Brooke went out of there way providing great customer service.

From the first conract with Gina Arena, our experience was top notch. Professionalism, and a genuine caring for the customer. Josh and his install team were fantastic! We were Sleep Number owners for 20+ years. We look forward to a continued positive relationship for years to come!

I was pleasantly surprised how well our experience went with our purchase of a new Queen-sized Sleep Number bed. Our Salesperson was very patient and extremely helpful. She spent over an hour and a half with us while we learned the workings of their products, determining if it would work for us. There was no pressure on us to buy, especially in comparison to other mattress vendors.

We knew nothing walking in and left very satisfied that we were getting exactly the kind of bed we wanted and also feel educated in their product line and how things work. The Glendale Heights store in front of Target employ quality people. We appreciate their knowledge of the product and their sense of humor throughout the buying process. Would recommend to anyone.

DJ is spectacular! She guided us through all the options and was helpful to us . Her knowledge on the products was amazing! Her personality and sales manner wasn’t pushy.
