Mattress Firm Hanover Park

I recently went back to the store to purchase another mattress. They offer a wide variety of products. My mom was looking for something very specific and was able to find it at this store. The associate that helped us was Paul and he was exceptional, very patient as we were taking the time to test the mattresses and making our decision. I would definitely to back if I need another mattress in the future! Thanks for your assistance Paul!

Paul was absolutely amazing. Went over beds with us for quite awhile. Asked us right off the bat what my wife and I needed for our next bed. Was able to determine within 2 beds what would match our needs. Looked at 8 other beds he told us he was pretty sure wouldn't work for us and was 100% right. He had his work down to a science. Highly recommend this location and Paul's expertise on your next bed purchase. Beyond satisfied with this experience!!!

Great experience shopping for a new mattress. Paul does an excellent job with listening and understanding what you and your partner need for a good nights sleep. If you are in the market for a new mattress talk with Paul you’ll be glad you did. We love our Sealy brenham elite 15” mattress. Also delivery was flawless Shoutout to Jose and David they are true professionals at their jobs. Definitely recommend!!!

Paul was amazing. We knew we needed a mattress but weren't sure which one would be the best for both of us. We both sleep differently. We had been wanting lumbar support and an adjustable bed and I had been wanting one that massages. My husband likes it extra firm I like it firm but plush. We both wrestle around in our sleep and constantly wake the other one up. So we wanted a mattress that put a kibosh on all of that. Paul had all the answers for our dilemma. We are going with two XL twins with separate bed frames so we can control our beds independently and still sleep right next to each other ❤️ We are going to be all set in 2 days when it gets delivered! I'll let you know how we sleep!

I recently went shopping for a new mattress and fully expected to visit several stores before making a decision, I’m usually someone who likes to compare options and make sure I’m getting the best deal. But that plan quickly changed once I met Paul, my salesperson. Paul was incredibly patient and honest, answering all of my questions without ever being pushy. He really took his time to help me understand my options, and I felt confident that I was making the right choice without needing to shop around. Because of his excellent service, I ended up purchasing my mattress that same day and it was also delivered the very same week, which was fantastic. I also bought a sheet set, and although I had a small issue with it, the manager was extremely kind and resolved the problem right away since Paul wasn’t available that day. The quick and thoughtful service truly spoke volumes about how much they care about their customers. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase, and we highly recommend Paul for anyone looking for a mattress. You’ll be in great hands!
