Mattress Firm Schaumburg

Jason was amazing, and I’m very thankful for his help. I first called the store with a simple question about delivery, and Jason was so kind and helpful on the phone that my husband and I decided to visit the store in person. From the moment we arrived, he was just as friendly and patient. He took his time explaining everything clearly and let us try multiple mattresses without any pressure. After the bed we chose was delivered, I realized it felt different once I actually slept on it at home. I felt bad going back, but Jason was incredibly understanding. He listened carefully to my concerns and truly wanted to help us find a better fit. He never seemed annoyed or rushed and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a really positive experience because of Jason. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, not just making a sale. I truly appreciate his kindness and highly recommend Jason and this location.

Me and my husband were terrified of buying a mattress just because we thought it was going to be a long, difficult process. We were in and out in less than half an hour, with a new mattress and frame! Jason was amazing and if I could have him as my sales rep for everything I would. We will definitely be telling everyone to come here for their next mattress. Ask for Jason!

Mattress Firm and specifically Adam are great. (We bought a bed for my 96 y/o mom at Macys which after 8 weeks she said was uncomfortable. Return policy at Macys is almost nonexistent. Think twice about buying from them.). We went to see Adam at the Schaumburg store and he recommended the mattress and got everything set up and delivered within days. My mom said she hasn’t slept as well in ages. She loves her new bed and is grateful for all the knowledge and expertise Adam has. I highly recommend Mattress Firm. Adam is very good at getting the perfect mattress for your particular needs. Thanks to him my mom is sleeping in comfort.

Thank you Adam!!!! You made our experience as pain-less as possible! You were extremely informative during our journey in not only finding a new mattress, but ensuring it was the right one for our needs. As someone who suffered with chronic back pain, I came to you in a vulnerable position and you not only empathized with me but guided us in making a thought out decision backed with real world data. You did all of this too without being to pushy about directing us towards something that we wouldn’t have been happy with. You also went the extra mile and helped us set up the mattress when there was a misunderstanding with the delivery team. Like who does that for total strangers, honestly I was shocked that someone could be so kind in today’s world. Your positive attitude, knowledge and professionalism in ensuring that we remained satisfied ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE END!!!! will be the reason we return in the future. Thank you so much Adam and I hope this review finds its way back to you.

I received friendly and informative service from your sales agent Bob, who was a real pleasure to deal with. This was the first day I decided to look for a new mattress and didn't think that I would be able to find one today, but thanks to how bob dealt with me and my daughter comma it was easy to make an immediate decision to purchase the mattress today. He was a real pleasure to deal with.
